Dr Khaled Assaad

Platinum Sports Podiatry was established by Dr Khaled Assaad in 2020. Having completed his degree at Western Sydney University, Khaled has taken part in further biomechanical training covering dry needling, foot mobilisations, orthotic therapy and injection therapy. Dr Khaled has completed clinical placements in Melbourne & Sydney which has given him a wider scope of biomechanical focus over the last few years. In conjunction to joining and participating in international seminars in lower limb biomechanics in 2022, Dr Khaled aims to further his study in evidence based related methodologies to achieve further patient centred care and an improved quality of life to all his patients.
Dr Khaled has a strong focus around:

- Sporting related injuries
- Knee pain (arthritic related or ligamentous)
- Tendinitis
- Nerve Entrapments
- Foot orthotics
